Tamara Lerner, a Curriculum Consultant and Senior Manager at Rubicon International has an extensive background in client engagement, implementation processes and the design and facilitation of professional development events. During her tenure with Rubicon, she has worked with strategic clients in a variety of regions throughout the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
A seasoned presenter, natural leader and experienced adult educator, Ms. Lerner draws on her broad background with Rubicon to bring a spirited, personal and strategic approach to each client partnership.
Elizabeth Worlein earned a B.A. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, with endorsements in ESOL and Reading, from University of Portland. Her concentration in early literacy intervention developed a vibrant community of learners in her first grade classroom in Sherwood, OR. With substantial knowledge of classroom management, literacy instruction and diagnostic assessment, Ms. Worlein served as a mentor and trainer to colleagues. During her time as a teacher, she created interdisciplinary, thematic curriculum for early elementary classrooms. Ms. Worlein’s experience with a range of pedagogies and methodologies assists her in implementing the curriculum mapping process for schools and districts alike.
Jan Burreson is a Partner at Rubicon International and has been a consultant to schools and districts throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia on a wide variety of topics, including curriculum design and mapping, research-based teaching-learning strategies, and effective educational leadership. Ms. Burreson has contributed her expertise to K–12 schools across the nation and internationally to build a solid understanding of curriculum management best practices and to improve teaching and learning through effective curriculum processes. She has led major reorganization efforts for universities, including the development of strategic vision, missions and five-year plans for implementation. Ms. Burreson is a frequent speaker on curriculum mapping strategy and has presented at ASCD, EARCOS, PNAIS, NAIS, NESA as well as other leading educational conferences.
