Details of Rubicon’s “Trick or Trash” Halloween candy program for educators and their students, which was announced by the company two weeks ago, were featured on Indianapolis, Indiana’s WISH-TV this morning.
Lindsey Fella-Berry, an Indy Moms Blog contributor, stopped by Daybreak to discuss what to do with leftover pumpkins, as well as to promote Rubicon’s “Trick or Trash” program.

“Over 600 million pounds of candy wrappers go to landfills each year… we are participating in Rubicon’s “Trick or Trash” [program] and they are recycling candy wrappers, so we’re collecting candy wrappers and sending them there and recycling them with TerraCycle.”
