“RUBICONSmartCity will finally—and I do mean finally—digitize trash and recycling routes in Baltimore City allowing collection crews to cover routes more effectively and efficiently,” said Mayor Brandon Scott. “This system digitizes existing operations including route sheets, pre and post trip inspections, scale tickets, and route details.”
