Optimizing Residential Collection routes- Increasing Efficiency While Avoiding Chaos!
Route Optimizations can provide greater efficiency and safety for your collection operations, but major route and day changes also require a large public information campaign. The City of Santa Fe and its’ routing technology partner Rubicon will provide our experience with a data-based approach to optimizing routes, and share materials and lessons learned from a major public information campaign. We will provide a hands-on exercise to for participants to evaluate their own needs, and put them on the path to their own route optimization.
