In the spring of 2005 Rubicon International finalized agreements whereby Atlas would be offered as a service through Rockland BOCES in West Nyack, New York.

This partnership allows a district to receive aid monies back from the State of New York dependent upon the socio-economic mix of the general population within the district. In other words, districts can select to have part of their licensing fee for Atlas covered by funds from the State.

Any district in the State of New York can elect to purchase Atlas through Rockland BOCES. Atlas has a long history of working with dozens of districts within New York, and we are pleased to be able to offer current and future clients the ability to apply for BOCES aid.
