A Valuable Experience:
Exciting things transpire when guest educators collaborate with Rubicon. The intent of the program is to provide a learning experience that will maximize professional development opportunities for both Rubicon and the educator, and benefit the educator’s school and community. Joining forces with educators in the field has proven to be highly motivational for both the resident educator and Rubicon Team members. Individual experiences brought by the educator have special impact on our methods as they provide insight to the needs of our clients.

Hours: Full time (40-hours per week)
Dates: Summer Term 2008

Experience Requirements:
Candidates should be a teacher, administrator, counselor or faculty member. Rubicon is particularly interested in seasoned, experienced and active professionals who have demonstrated leadership experience in curriculum development/management, teaching methodologies, educational administration or educational technology. Additionally, candidates should be committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Fluency in common desktop applications and in Web browsing is necessary. Candidates should have a flexible personality and present superior team working skills. Attention to detail is critical.
