Parfait Bassale brings a strong international and technical background to his
role on our Deployment Team at Rubicon. Mr. Bassale's technical experience
ranges from server administration to web design and development. A native of
west Africa, he has degrees in both Information Systems and Business Management,
and is fluent in French. His diverse international background gives him a unique
perspective as he contributes both technically and creatively to Atlas sites
from around the world.
