• As a diverse traveler (Chinese by birth, Alaskan by upbringing, Southerner by education and Portlander for life), Meng believes in making the most of any experience and taking on opportunities and challenges as they arise.
• A former Girl Scout, Meng still lives the motto of "Be prepared" by always carrying hand wipes, chewing gum and a Sharpie. In addition, she is always equipped with her positive attitude and Quick Start Guides to ensure the success of every training .
• Values function as a form of fashion.  She works hard to make the experience practical and hands-on, as well as fun, maximizing creative potential.

Meng Zhou commands the post of lead Exemplar Enthusiast at Rubicon International.  She plays a pivotal role in the ongoing testing, marketing and client communication aspects of the exemplars.  She can also be recognized on a Rubicon Podcast or as a friendly face during a faculty training.  Ms. Zhou has a background in educational policy and a passion for children’s issues and youth empowerment.
