Our Team: Marla Bainbridge
- Equally comfortable taking center stage or singing backup vocals, as long as
she can contribute to the band.
- An avid college gridiron fan, she applies her cheering skills in the field
as she champions for each school's success in mapping.
- Approaches trainings with the same philosophy as karaoke: know your audience
and keep your eye on the (bouncing) ball.
- Encourages faculty members to try new things. It's important to step
outside your comfort zone now and then!
Marla Bainbridge brings a wealth of classroom, administrative and school
leadership experience to the Rubicon team. Prior to joining the firm, she
played an active role in the technology implementation, curriculum development
and strategic planning initiatives in several of our partner Atlas schools.
Ms. Bainbridge's expertise in technology, coupled with her professional
development background and experience working with diverse faculty groups, are a
key factor in the success of her Atlas trainings.
