Hui Min has extensive experience in the educational arena, including teaching, researching and consulting to Higher-Education institutions. She is actively involved in monitoring national and international educational policies and trends. Prior to joining Rubicon, Ms. Min taught at Universities in China and the United States. Her students came from more than twenty countries.
