Elizabeth Cespedes has played a leading role in the implementation of administrative systems at Rubicon. She is fluent in German and Spanish and has brought to Rubicon her knowledge of German and Latin American educational systems. Ms. Cespedes has played a significant role in the production of multi-lingual resources for the Atlas Curriculum Mapping System.
