Alicia Hunter Lewis brings over 15 years of classroom experience to the
Rubicon team. Her geographical teaching career has spanned the Arctic tundra all
the way to the deserts of Saudi Arabia, giving her a unique perspective of
different school dynamics and cultures. Ms. Lewis has been recognized with
numerous educational accolades, including Alaska State Teacher of the Year,
Fairbanks North Star Borough Teacher of the Year, and the prestigious Sheba of
the Saudi Desert Award.
